近所で夜、仕事がある時にときどき寄らせていただいています。
バル、とうたっていますが、スペインに限らずフランス、イタリアの食とワインをそろえています。
ハートランドの生ビールを注文し、食べ物にかかります。
この日食べたのは、まず野菜のタパス三点盛り。
ニンジンのクミン風味、ブロッコリとえびのアンチョビマリネ、ラタトゥイユです。
あと、ここの鉄板メニューのキッシュも頼みます。
キッシュにはアスパラガスが入っていて、生地ととっても会ってました。
ワインの注文です。
この店では簡単なリストはあるんですが、好みと予算を言って、候補を数本並べていただいた中から選びます。
価格帯は4000円前後が中心。3000円ぐらいもありますし、もっと高いのも。
予算を言うことが大切です。
この日はなにかスペインでお奨めは、と訊いたところ、こちらの好みを承知しているらしく、
ご主人がフランスのラングドックのワインを奨められました。
Chateau Fondouce 2007、4000円です。
さっそくいただいてみると、ちょっと閉じている感じ。
ゆっくり飲むことにします。
あと頼んだもの、パテ・ド・カンパーニュ。
ちょっと塩が薄いかな、と思いますが、快適です。
ノイフランクの焼きソーセージ。美味しいけど、マスタードと酢キャベツはもっと欲しいです。
締めはラザニアです。
ここのラザニアにはいつも感心します。
焼き加減がじつに良い。
毎回頼んでしまいます。
そうこうしているうちにワインが開いてきました。
渋みが後退して甘みが際立ってきます。
今日のはあたりでした。
このように街のワインバルの要求を全て満たしている店だと思います、
南口にはこのような店は知りません。
