日曜日の夜、21時ごろに訪問。
西友の階段を降りて、地下の奥まったところにあります。
店の奥の方が禁煙席、前が喫煙席、のようですが、煙草を吸っている人は皆無。
さて席について生ビールを注文、突き出しにブロッコリーのスープが小さい器に。
これがなかなかの美味。もうちょっと塩が利いてたらさらによかったかな。
この店は地元、国立産の野菜を押し出しています。
ですので注文も野菜を中心に。
「村のサラダ」ハーフサイズ、「バーニャカウダ」、「季節野菜のキッシュ」「里芋のおだんごフリット」を注文。
お奨めの赤ワインをボトルで注文しました。（銘柄失念しました…）
サラダはハーフと思えないくらい豊富です。ドレッシングも優秀。
バーニャカウダは野菜がてんこ盛りです。
ブロッコリとかカブとか、茹で野菜はちょっと火の通しすぎかしら。
赤大根とか、生の野菜はとっても美味しいです。
「里芋のおだんごフリット」はレンコンも入っていて、歯ごたえも楽しめます。
最後にお肉をひと皿、今月のお奨めの「人参クリームと鹿肉のロースト、バルサミコソース」です。
レアにローストされた鹿肉の切り身が人参のピュレの上に円形に並んでいます。
一口ほおばると、肉の旨みを甘い、いや甘すぎない、味の濃い人参が優しく支えます。
これは絶品ですね。
サービスは若い女性２人がてきぱきと、笑顔を絶やさずに行います。
ごちそうさまでした。
再訪は確実です。
