Four of us visited for the launch of a certain event. The reserved time was 21:30, order stop time was 22:15, and closing time was 23:00. Due to various circumstances, there weren't many options, so I chose this restaurant knowing that. I thought that if I just asked for it and ate it, everything would be fine. Sweat [b:★Draft beer, sangria, cassis orange, etc.★Appetizer: Vichyssoise★3 tapas assortment★Bagna cauda★Shiitake Ajillo ★Marinated scallops (?) ★Sausage platter ★Margherita ★Octopus and tomato rice ★Cream pasta] This restaurant serves dishes made with freshly harvested vegetables purchased from nearly 30 farmers in the local Kunitachi City area. We provide food. The sausages are from the famous national store [a:13016343, Neu Frank], and the wide selection of alcoholic beverages is from [b:Sekiya Liquor Store] in the same building. The name of the restaurant, ``Kunitachimura Sakaba,'' is a perfect example of local production for local consumption, and I feel that a lot of thought is put into it. I also think it deserves more recognition. It was a bit hectic this time, but the customer service was very good and I would like to visit again.
