法事帰りにランチにて訪問。
ゆったりと席同士の距離をとった店内。
コースは1種類のみでメインとデザートは選べるスタイル。
メインは鮮魚のポワレ蕪とベーコンのクリーム煮赤ワインソース。
デザートは木苺のグラフティータルトベリーバニラのグラスにしました。
最初の一皿はサーモンシュー、豚肉パテ、にんじんムースジュレ。
秋刀魚と焼き茄子のテリーヌ ディルのクリーム バルサミコソース
これが最高に美味かった！秋刀魚と焼き茄子という素晴らしい組み合わせ。バルサミコソースとの相性も抜群
バターナッツ南瓜のスープと一緒に焼きたてのパンが提供。パン美味くてサクッと食べてしまった。
無花果のグラニテでお口直し
メインの鮮魚のポワレは皮目のパリッと感と身のふっくら感がたまらない。
デザートも美味しくいただきこれで3,080円はなかなかお値打ち。
