いろいろと戴いたのですが
とくによかったのは
岩中豚のグリル柚子こしょうソースです。
岩中豚というブランドは今まで知らなくて当然食べたこともなかったのですが
驚く旨さです。
その岩手県産のブランドロース豚をじっくり網で焼き上げていただき、
特製ソースを絡めてあります。
豚肉の旨みを最大限引き出している調理技法に
食の職人としての匠の技を感じました。
