グルメサイトの登録名はサイトによって、「和食本舗 福わらい」及び「和料理と旬な日本酒 福和らい」と違った店名になっています(どちらも公式情報)が、看板は「和食本舗 福わらい」でした。
JR南武線谷保駅から北東に向かう道を50m、左に洋食のすえひろ亭の黄色い壁を見ながら右折してすぐ右側にあります。
奥に深い構造で入って左側がオープンキッチン、それに面して奥行きにのある白木のカウンター、入口横とカウンターの反対側は適度に壁で仕切られたテーブル席。カウンターもテーブルもしっかりアクリル板設置。消毒用アルコールは足踏み式の噴霧器。
冷たいお茶とおしぼりが暑い日に嬉しい。
夜はお刺身、焼魚などの焼物、野菜や魚の天ぷら、その他一品料理とおつまみ各種。日本酒と焼酎が奥の壁に並んで居ます。
ランチは、お刺身定食、焼魚定食、炙りチャーシュー定食など６種の定食が750-950円、一汁四菜定食(海老と野菜の天ぷら、豚の角煮など)が6種1,150-1,350円。これだけバラエティが有ると毎日通っても選択に困らないでしょう。
今日のランチ、２人で下記をいただきました。
■豚バラと大根煮定食 850
■旬な焼き魚定食 950
小鉢はマカロニサラダ、ほうれん草のお浸し、漬物、ワカメの味噌汁とピカピカのご飯が嬉しい。
大きな大根がおでんのようにも見える美しく出汁が美味しい豚バラ大根煮、味がよく染みて豚バラは柔らかく素晴らしい。
特大の鯖のひらき、本当に大きくこれだけでお腹いっぱいになる極上のひらき。脂がしっかり載って、皮まで美味しい焼き加減も抜群。
これは時々利用したい素敵なお店です。
