お昼時にこの辺りに居ることがあまりないので中々訪問出来ないのだけど、今日は寄れそうだから前を通ったら天然ぶりの照り焼きのメニューを見て入店決意
そうでなければまた鯖かなと思っていた
お肉のメニューも美味しそうなんだけど、やっぱり普段中々食べない魚を食べたくなる
満席ギリギリセーフで入れた
注文して5分程で配膳
小鉢はウドのマリネ もうすぐ春ですなぁ
ぶりはツヤツヤで皮まで美味しい、骨などあるはずもなく身をほぐしながら頂く
雑穀米にしたけど、白米でも良かったな
自家製糠漬けも良い塩梅で漬かってる
本枯節で取った味噌汁も相変わらず美味しい
少々値は張るもののそれだけの価値はあると思う
次は肉系いってみるかー
