クラフトビールの店が増えてきて、ビール愛好家としては最高の夏。しかし、人気があって入れなかったり、つまみがいまいちだったりすることも。増えてきたら増えてきたでまた新たな注文が増えてしまう、困った客だと我ながら反省しきりです。
そんな中、国立駅近くにあるこのお店は東京近郊のクラフトビールが中心というのがおもしろい。わたしの周囲にはクラフトビール苦手な人も案外多いのですが、ちゃんとSapporo黒ラベルもあるので、濃いめのビールが苦手な人も安心です。割合的にはIPAが多かったように思います。
国立近郊は地場の野菜が豊富で、土曜の駅前では出張販売もあったりします。国分寺から西の方って実は葉物を中心に野菜がおいしいスポットというのを引っ越してから知りました。ここもサラダがおいしい。あと、なんといっても生ハムがきちんとしていて、盛り合わせの辛いタイプは本当にぴりりとして、きりっとしたピルスナーも合いそう。加熱した料理もしっかりしていて、どれもスモールサイズが選べていろいろ食べられるのがうれしいです。
三鷹から西は食べログの点数が低いのにいいお店というのが隠れていて、本店もまさにそのカテゴリ。オープンしてから1年ちょっとですが、侮れない実力です。メニューもいろいろ変わりそうなので、少なくとも季節に1回は訪れたい。天井が高くてテーブルが離れており、落ち着いた雰囲気もグッドです。
