自然薯鍋を食べに…精をつけるぞー！自然薯鍋の画像をSNSで見かけて、ずっと行ってみたかったの！！
昨夜、ようやくそれが実現しました。
お忙しい方との会食。
どんな鍋かとワクワクでした。
鍋の内容は、もつ鍋の最後に自然薯のとろろをたっぷりとかけて火を消していただくもの。
もつ鍋屋大好きで、この冬になってからももう何度も居酒屋さんで食べてきましたが、
自然薯をたっぷりかける鍋は生まれて初めて。
ワクワクでした。
お味は、優しい優しいポタージュのよう。
もともとのもつ鍋のスープも少し甘めでしたが、(食いしん坊なのでまず出汁の味だけも
チェックしておきました)それにお芋が加わっているので、
本当にたくさんの食材からお出汁も出てて、おいしい優しい味わい。
最近あまり食べられなくなったので、心配でしたが、手羽先の揚げ物もおいしかったし、
冷たいから、するすると締めのお蕎麦までいただけました笑笑。
鍋で体が温まっており、冷たいお蕎麦が気持ちよかったのです。
お腹いっぱいで帰路につくことができました。ごちそうさまでした。
こちらは駅から徒歩1分とありましたが、本当に近くでびっくり。迷うことなくたどり着けました。
