こちらのお店は、聴覚の障がいの有無に関係なくスタッフが働けるお店として、手話や筆談等による対応をされています。といってもメニューの指さしで通じます。電話に応対できない場合もあるようです。 |
昨年の6月にオープンして気になっていた手話のスタバ。スタッフは手話を交え、写真と指さしで接客してくれます。
注文後、受け渡しカウンターに行くと、デジタルボードに番号が表示され、商品を受け取ります。
アールグレイフラペチーノを頼みましたが、アールグレイの香りはやっぱり自然ではないですね。
帰るころは「ありがとう」という手話を覚えてほっこりな気分になりました。ごちそうさまでした。
