この日は、毎回黒毛和牛カルビが半額。
今回は、塩で注文しました。
セットは、匠カルビ&ハラミ150gセット1070円を
注文しました。
和牛カルビは、優しい脂。
塩が旨さを引き立てます。
匠カルビは、タレですが、こちらも
タレの旨味が肉にのって美味しい。
ハラミは大振りに切ってあって
紙応えがあり。
以前、150gでは物足りなかったので、
50g半額サービスは、ありがたいです。
