末広町でスープカリーをいただいた後は、10年ぶりに眼鏡を作り、4年半ぶりにスマホの機種変。
国立駅前で用事が済んだのは夜8時。
軽く夕食をいただきに駅前の焼肉ライクへ。
「初めてですか?」
と若い店員さんに尋ねられ、
「初めてです。」
と言うと、注文の仕方やロースターの着火方法などを説明してくれた。
タッチパネルで注文したのは以下。
匠ハラミ・カルビ100g(850円)
やがて、タッチパネルに
「商品が出来上がりました」
とアナウンスが表示されると、テーブル上にある座席ナンバーカードを持って、料理の載ったお盆を受け取りにゆく。
ハラミとカルビ、玉葱をロースターに載せて炙る。焼けた肉をレモン汁、ニンニクペーストに浸けてからご飯の上に載せて、キムチといただく。
付け合せの玉葱も焼いて、肉と一緒にいただく。
最後は熱々のスープで〆
久々のひとり焼肉で満腹＆満足。
