浜田山「たんたん亭」で修行後独立。 |
たんたん亭系と聞いていたので、やっぱりワンタンめんを注文する。ワンタンは本家よりも肉が高級？な感じで味わいが深いと感じた。その分、スープが負けてしまい、バランスがちょっと悪かった。でも上品なラーメンでした。
