土曜日の17:00ごろ到着。先客一名でした。
ワンタンメン1,000円税込也を注文。
桐朋音楽大学のお膝下だけあり、BGMはクラシック。古典派の、弦楽とピアノの作品が流れていました。
３分ほどで着丼。細麺なので早いですね。
スープをひと啜り。魚介の乾物の出汁の香りが食欲をそそり、美味しいです。あえて言えば、もう少しだけカエシが強いと、自分の好みにぴったりだと思いました。ただし、このバランスをベストだと感じる方もたくさんいるだろうな、と感じました。
麺もとてもよく、細麺ですがしっかりコシがあり、香りもいいです。チャーシューは昔ながらの外周が赤い、脂のない締まった食感。こちらもなかなか美味しい。メンマもなかなか。
ワンタンは、ワンタンメンが評判のお店だけあって、食感、香り、味わいともとても良いです。五つも入っているところも嬉しい。
餃子も美味しそうなので、機会があれば再訪したいと思います。
