味噌タンタンメンとスタミナ丼
前に食べたときに気になっていた味噌タンタンメン。
それが無性に食べたくなってやってきました。
この日はついでにスタミナ丼（ミニ）を頼みました。
味噌タンタンメンは意外なビジュアル。
通常の味噌ラーメンの上に味噌タンタン？がどんと乗っかってます。
最初は混ぜずに味噌ラーメン部分を味わってみる。
割とあっさりした味噌ラーメン。
そこに味噌タンタンを混ぜながら食べていくと、味噌の味と辛味が強くなっていき、最終的にはどっしりとした辛味噌ラーメン？の出来上がり。
なかなか面白いですね、ここまで思いっきり味変するラーメン。
最終型はちょっと味が濃いのですが、そこにはミニスタ丼がピッタリ。
こちらも味は濃いのですが、マヨネーズ風味が味噌タンタンとは趣が異なり良いバランスでした。
味噌大肉麺
調布の路地裏にあるラーメン屋さん。
近くにたけちゃんラーメンがあるのでいつもはそっちに行ってしまうのですが、この日はちょっと気分を変えてこちらへきました。
隣のカレー屋さんも好きなんですが、そちらはまた今度。
味噌担々麺がイチオシのようですが、インパクト重視で大肉麺にしてしまいました。
また、お昼は大盛りも無料なのでお願いしたら、結果すごい量に。
並々入った野菜とラーメンの上にごつい肉が鎮座するなかなかの絵面。
味噌ラーメンはしっかりとした味で結構好きです。
濃すぎず、いつ食べても安心するような味噌ラーメン。
上に乗った肉も柔らかく食べやすいです。
食べるのにそこそこ苦労しましたがなんと完食。
ごちそうさまでした。

以前ラーメンとともに食べたスタミナ丼が美味しかったので単品で頼んでみました。
出てきたスタミナ萬福丼はやはりジャンキー。
肉の上には辛い薬味とマヨネーズソースに生卵。
それを適度に混ぜてワシワシと口に運ぶとなんとも言えない不思議な味わい。
とってもジャンクな味がします。
だがそれがいい。
でも、これだけだと少し重く後半少し辛くなるため、やっぱりラーメンのお供が丁度良いのかも。
