深大寺を散歩した後に寄りました。
事前に深大寺そば店の店名をインプットして最初に出会ったので、
これもご縁として入店。
時間も平日15:40と遅めのため，すんなり入れました。
メニューの一番手の湧水そば¥6ooを選択。
お店のアドバイスで150g→2oogに増量 ¥2ooすることに。
それに深大寺ビール¥6ooを注文。
ビールが先に頂きながら，ネガティブ意見は、
自分的には、参考にならなくて良かったと安堵しました。
スッと穏やかなキレと香りが心地よいビールでした。
さて、
そばは，まず何も付けずに，つゆをつけて、つゆに薬味を入れてと
3段階でしっかりと味わいいました。
さらっとしたそばですが、存在感は真逆です。
こしがあり、軽やかな蕎麦の風味も通り、爽やかさがあります。
日本酒と何かつまみもいただきたかったのですですが、
次回のお楽しみにしました。
ちょっと得した気分にさせる美味しいお蕎麦でした。
