#蕎麦 といえば、とりあえず #地ビール で

散策する前に水分補給は大切ですよね
というわけで
深大寺近隣に数多くある #深大寺そば 屋さんの中から
今回おとずれたのは
#そば処湧水
「国産石臼挽きそば粉を使用した手打ちそば」
の文言にやられて選びました
で、とりあえず
お酒メニューを見てみたんですが・・・
ヤバない？？ 取り扱っている #日本酒 の銘柄
#秋田県湯沢市 の #両関酒造 が誇る #花邑
#島根県 #王禄酒造 の #王禄
#佐賀県 #富久千代酒造 の #鍋島 などなど
都心にある日本酒の取り扱いが多くて有名な居酒屋ですら
取り扱っていないような希少な銘柄のオンパレード✨
なんで・・・こんな・・・深大寺近隣のそば屋で・・・
しかも、この日本酒の取り扱い量を売りにしていないなんて
というか、このラインナップ・・・
仕入れている酒屋は #地酒 の聖地とも言われる
