深大寺にあるお蕎麦屋さん。
深大寺と言う場所とお店の佇まいがマッチしています。
二階に大きな座敷があり居心地が良くこれもまた素敵。
九割の湧水もりそばを注文。
艶がある細打ちの蕎麦で見た目から美味しさを感じます。
つゆは少し甘めの印象ですが蕎麦は香り高く
（当日は福島の蕎麦粉)つゆを付けなくても十二分美味しい。
つゆ無しお代わりを注文し、HPのクーポンで蕎麦羊羹も頂き嬉しい限り。そば粉が高騰してる中、確かな技術の九割蕎麦を良い空間で￥８００とお手頃過ぎます。
会計時、お店の主人らしき人が対応してくれて
バイクを停める場所が分からず店頭に止めた事を詫びると、
丁寧に承諾して下さいました。
腕に湿布を張られていて蕎麦打ちしてるのかなと思いにふけつつ、お弟子さんらしき人も確認出来ましたが跡継ぎが居ない蕎麦屋もあるので心配になりました。
