割子そばをいただきました☺️
割子蕎麦というものが初めてでしたのでどうなのかは分かりませんが、しっかり歯応えのあるとした麺でした。
3色セットいろいろ選べてよかった。
出雲蕎麦も当然美味しい
東京では、出雲そばを食べられる場所を他に知らない。それだけで貴重である。値段は相場が分からないのでなんとも言えないけど、こんなものではないだろうか。
出雲そば3椀で900円だった。
薬味もろもろ込みでうまい。
純粋な蕎麦のみは未知数。
講習で立ち寄ったが、かなり美味しい

種類が豊富で良かった印象。土曜日の昼に行きましたが、並びました。
三色割子そばを注文。
そば コシがあって美味しい
出雲そばは現地でも何度か食べたけど、遜色ないように思う
場所は便利で人は少ないので店は快適。
でもおそばは、辛くはないけれども、割と飽きが来るかも知れない単調といえば単調な味。
出雲そばとしては、とてもよかった。
蕎麦そのものは、私としてはイマイチかな。
酸味が強めのめんつゆとごまだれ

蕎麦は、50代の私にとって
最近、身に染みるほど、美味しいと
感じます。
長野や伊豆に行った際、食べた蕎麦に
引けを取らない美味しい蕎麦でした。
