2011-05-2109:22:23い志井の牛タン調布テーマ：食べ歩き調布にある牛たん処い志井に行ってきました
調布には、い志井グループのお店がたくさんありますが、ここは牛たんを専門に扱うお店です
お店のメニューも大半が牛たん
まず頂いたのは、ゆでたん
その名のとおり、コトコトと煮込んでとっても柔らかくなった牛たんにわさびをつけていただきます。
ほんとお肉が柔らかくておいしかったです
続いては、ねぎタン塩
炭火で焼いた牛たんを塩と胡麻油、ネギを添えていただきます
こちらも牛たんのジューシーさを味わえてとてもおいしかったです
その他、写真を撮り忘れたのですが、、、
牛たんつくね焼きと野菜串の盛り合わせ、ごはん・テールスープ・とろろがセットになった満腹セットをいただき、大満足でした
