道路拡張で建て替え、休業を挟んで
かれこれ5回ほどは行ったでしょうか。
牛タン好きなら間違いのない店かと思います。
ゆでタン、炭火焼、味噌焼き、タンシチュー、串…
今は夫婦ふたり、せいぜい友人とも2、3人とかで食事ですが
タンとか一癖ある食材で推しまくる店とかって
一人でもNGがいると選択肢から外れるから
よくやっているなというのが素直なところ。
そして…好きなんだけど、最後は飽きる。
忘れたころにまた行きたくなる。の繰り返し。
牛タン中毒患者ではないという事か。
ひとつひとつは、本当に美味しく
よい仕込みされているなと思います。
飽きるまで食わず、ほどほどにしてまた来よう。
