■Store information I came to [Ishii]'s Cow tongue business. Since it was a weekday night, I was able to get in easily without making a reservation. The staff is young, perhaps because there are many student staff. Today I ordered the following menu. The grilled beef tongue was a little sweet due to the cuts and other preparations, and probably because it wasn't charcoal-grilled, it lacked the aroma and texture. I think the flavor of the beef tongue would come out better if it was grilled over a higher heat. On the other hand, I had a good impression of the boiled version. It was soft and delicious. The meatballs and shumai tasted a little less like Cow tongue. The anchovy potatoes were quite salty.
