It is located near Fuda Station, a little off the Koshu Highway. It's a pretty stylish storefront for this area. The huge U-shaped counter seats two people. Although it is a counter, it feels like two people are separated, so even couples can enjoy it. There are many other dishes other than Cow tongue, but be sure to order the grilled tongue platter.
