東京・調布にある町のとんかつ屋さん。
11:40の開店と同時に、待ちかねた人々がドドっと押し寄せる
人気のお店です。
《豚珍館》のランチ。カツ定食880円です。
11:30では無く11:40の開店。
40分に何か秘密があるんですかね？？
お店のOPENに合わせ、お腹を空かした人々がドドっと入店。
12時には満席になる人気店です。
ランチメニューもあり、お店の外目立つように出ていた「カツ定食」を注文。
開店から一気に人が押し寄せるので、出来上がりに時間がかかるかな？？
と思っていたところ10分ほどで目の前に。
110ｇのロースのとんかつに、ご飯に味噌汁。それにお新香。
オーソドックスなとんかつ定食です。
ランチの限定価格の為、ご飯大盛やキャベツのお替りは出来ません。
揚げたてのロースかつにさらっとしたソースをかけいただきます。
サクサクの揚げたてとんかつ。
若干薄目ではありますが、ラード香る美味しいとんかつ。
白いご飯が進みます。美味しいですね！
カレー塩もありますが、ここは気取らずソースが合うとんかつです。
このソースは千切キャベツにもかけていただきます。
お味噌汁は嬉しいワカメの赤だし。
お醤油がかかったお新香でいただくご飯に赤だし。
たまらないですね！
ご飯もどんぶり飯で、思ったよりボリューム感のある110ｇのロースかつ。
食べ応え満点です。
お昼にリーズナブルにガッツリ「カツ定食」。
午後も元気に頑張れそうです！
