This is my first visit. I went with 2 people. There are many types of tan. Being a butcher shop, they have a wide variety of different kinds of beef and pork tongue, and the Iberian tongue was very delicious. Sashimi cooked at low temperature I wonder if it is frozen after being cooked at low temperature? It felt like the fibers in the meat had been broken by freezing. Should I freeze it quickly? Or, I think it would be quite delicious if stored in an unfrozen vacuum pack... Meat at the fair - Hitachi beef short ribs, short ribs The fat is sweet and very delicious. Since the amount of fat is very high, we recommend refreshing it with ponzu sauce. It was delicious all the same.
