自称ホルモン派！を気取ってますからなかなかカルビやロースと言ったお肉の部分は食べないのですが……（たいていはお酒ありきで、塩ダレが進むから）……ガッツリ焼き肉でご飯が食べたくなり、かねてから気になっていた当店へ。だって前ぶれなくお店がある感じの所で、それでいて待ち人多かったりしてるから、やはりね。待ちたくないなぁ〜ってんでランチ終了間際に入店。値段も手頃で「どんなもんなんだい」とカルビとホルモンのセットを注文。ご飯もサイズが選べて、ここは一つ「大」といきたかったが、無難に「中」で。もう腹ぺこ通り過ぎてますから、想像力は豊かです。「温かご飯と甘ダレのお肉がお口の中で一つになって……」なんてね。運ばれてきたお盆を見てびっくり！もの凄くボリューミーでサラダが付いてたりとバランスが良さそう。早速お肉をジューっ！それをご飯の上に……美味い！想像以上のお肉でした。いいのかい？ホルモンも旨し！……スープも旨し！……ナムルとテーブルのコチュジャンでピピンパにしてみたらこれも旨し！（これがはまった！）
