揚げなすと若鶏のつけそば1040円。
解りやすい手打ちそば、手打ちそばならではのフワッとした麺食感が楽しめる。汁は揚げ茄子の油が混じってまったり、その茄子はプニプニして一番良い状態、若鶏はハリがある、汁を吸った長葱はぬめり気があって良い感じ、他にカイワレ、ほうれん草と薬味の葱と山葵。
クオリティーの高い蕎麦屋。立地の悪いのか客が少い、穴場。上品の良い店構えで、水槽があってアフリカのメダカ、ランプアイを10匹程度、飼っている。
