神代植物公園の最寄り蕎麦。桜が終わって今は藤、牡丹、つつじの季節です。昨年こちらで「田舎そば（太打ち）」を食べて「次は細打ち麺で頂こうと」思っていたので再訪。やはり食べやすく喉越しも楽しめて良いものでした。十割らしい蕎麦の香りもちゃんと有ります。そばつゆを付けるのがもったいない、と思う蕎麦の旨さが有るのが大正解です。
蕎麦は「常陸秋そば」生産者表示までしてあるのは信用できる。そして自家製粉(これ重要）。
隣の店に大行列がありますが、どちらか良いと言う感じでもなくて、ここは店員さんが12人も居て、全員がいっときも休まず動いてるから、座った瞬間から立ち食い蕎麦に負けない速度で回転してます。料理の出は速いし、席を立った瞬間に片付いてとにかく回転が速い。待たずに旨い蕎麦が食べられるんだから最高じゃないでしょうか。
