以前は卸売センターの道路をはさんで向こう側でプレハブ営業していましたが、 |
小生の立ちそばリストの中には、期せずして同じ店名の立ち食いそば屋さんがありまして〜
一つは、最近リニューアルされた人気店。
そしてもう一店が「より道」さんなのであります。
メニューは、シンプルなものばかり。
確かにかなり年配の(たぶん)ご夫婦。
アレやコレや手は広げられないご様子〜
それでも、そばは『深大寺そば』を謳っているだけあり、注文を受けてから生そばを大釜で茹でるのであります！
待つこと暫し〜
湯気を上げて丼着した丼面は、まっ黒ツユに沈む深大そば〜
なに！？この黒さ〜（笑）
かなり塩味が強いと思いきや？
拍子抜けするほどの「のっぺり感」・・・
塩味が強いわけでもなく、出汁が利いてるでもなく、甘みが強いわけでもない。
捉えどころのないツユなのであります。
そばは、少し太め香りヨシ！喉ごしヨシ、さすが深大寺そば♪なのであります。
