平日の11時30分に本日2軒目のお昼ご飯です^^;
先客1、後客3、店内は座敷もあり、微妙な昭和的重厚感があります。
◆鴨せいろ 合いもり 1,400円
合いもりの鴨せいろが出来ますかと聞くと、鴨せいろの合いもりですねと了解いただきました(^^)
そばは中太の平麺で良いコシがあります。蕎麦香もあり好きなタイプです。
うどんはツルツル・モチモチのやや硬めで、これまたとても喉越し良くて嬉しい限りです。
鴨つゆはお約束どおりに熱々です。鴨のうまみと鰹だしのうまみが調和した繊細な料理です。鴨肉は固めのしっかりとした肉がゴロゴロと沢山入っています。
鴨せいろを食べ終わる頃に蕎麦湯が出て来ました。蕎麦湯で出汁を薄めて飲みますが、鴨の味が良く出ていて幸せな気分です。この蕎麦湯が白濁というより茶濁なのは、鴨つゆに負けないためだろうか。
