柴崎にある「小川」で、肉づけ合盛り830円を食べた。京王線の南口から道沿いに西に進んだところにある蕎麦屋。
合盛りは、そばとうどんであり、つけ汁は豚バラやネギの他にエノキやしめじが入っている。武蔵野うどんの肉汁と地粉うどんにそばが付いているものと考えればよい。そばは新そばで細切りである。うどんは見た目は讃岐にも似たツヤツヤした色白であり、コシの強さがあるところはそばよりも印象が残った。
