久しぶりに高校時代の友人と母校にいく機会があり、あわせて深大寺にお詣りすることにしました。
高校時代は通学路であった道路がすっかり拡張されたり、新しいバス停ができていたり、そんな話をしながらお詣りしたあと、そばでもたべようと選んだのがこちらのお店でした。私たちが高校生のころ同級生がバイトしていました。入口で券売機で、山菜そばときつねそばを購入。
店の外でも食事できますがこの日は店内の窓際のテーブル席にいたしました。席から眺める深大寺の様子は40年前と変わりありません。待つこと5分くらいでそばが運ばれてきました。
出汁は濃いめの鰹出汁のニ八そばであります。この濃い味は昔から馴染みある味。私はきつねそばをいただき、おあげには味がしっかり染み込んでいました。約10分くらいで完食。久しぶりの地元の味を堪能できました。
私たちが高校生のころはあまり観光地化されていなくそばも安かったのですが、周りの店はかなり高めの価格設定にはちょっとびっくりしました。それに比べると手頃な値段で深大寺そばを楽しめると思います。
