また凄いところにあるな〜って思いながらも、増田屋って意外と辺鄙なところに存在していることが多いんだよなぁ。
ってことで、各地に存在する増田屋。営業時間は19:30まで。19時くらいに訪問しましたが、あとから1人入ってくるぐらい、利用者はいるみたいですね。
●もりそば（税込540円）
提供まで5分ほどかな。色合い綺麗、細さも均一の、見た目しっかりした蕎麦。ツユは最初からそんなに濃くない。けど、最後まで埋まったなって感覚なく食べられます。酸味と甘み、バランス良かった。蕎麦はしっかりとした歯応え。風味もそれなりに伝わってきます。普通に美味しい蕎麦でした。
