休日のランチで訪問。お目当ての表題をオーダーする。キリンで喉を潤してると、青い龍柄の高台丼とご対麺となった。まずスープが美味しい。動物系のボディーに生姜が効いている。醤油の輪郭が円く少し甘い。実に柔らかい味わいだ。中太麺は仕入れのようだ。多加水で規則的に縮れている。味風味は中庸だが、ソフトな食感に好感が持てた。最近、蕎麦屋でラーメンを食べてる内にワカメへの意識が変わった。今ではアリだと思っている。価格も魅力的だった。また伺いたい。
