さか本そば750円 デザート付。
目を疑う削り節の山、坂本二郎、驚きを隠せないがかき回すとスープにスッと混じって幻の様、消える山岳。中から現る具材は立てに切った長葱、本当に旨いカイワレ、鶉の卵、和布、油揚げ、麩、天かす、蒲鉾、ナルト、蟹蒲と小皿の大根スリと刻み葱で一杯一杯、味の食材展覧会。スープはどっぷり濃い味で全てを覆い、麺は少々パツパツした細麺で手打ち感満載。おまけのそば粉で作ったデザートは粒餡付。
手打ち蕎麦屋だが実際は何でもありの和風食堂。メニューはカツ丼、親子の丼物はもちろんらーめん類、肉野菜炒め、ニラレバ等、町中華の要素も含む。面白い所ではにしん丼、さか本丼とは何だ!
