つつじヶ丘の南口はずっと生産緑地があり、
北口と比べると何もなかった。
いつのまにかこのパン屋が（2009年）出来ていて、
いつのまにかそこそこ人気になっていた。
ずっと朝9時オープンだったのが、
コロナ禍で10時オープンに定着したようである。
店内は2人でいっぱい。
時節柄、それ以降は外で並ぶ。
店まで行くと、
中には客はじいさんひとり、
次はオレかと思っていたら、
外観写真を撮る間に
30代女性に抜かれる。
この30代女性が粘る。
先のじいさんが出た後、
中々決めない。
こっちは決まってるのだがじっと待つ。
大人買いをした女性の後、
「チーズバーガー」（313円）
「パニーニ ハム＆チーズ」（151円）
を対面式で購入。
店名のクープとはバゲットの割れ目模様のことだから、
ハード系にこだわりがあるのだろう。
あいにく冷凍庫のパンはパンパンなので、
買ってすぐ食べるものをチョイス。
さっきの大人買いの女性、
まだ店を出ず、焼き立ての追加を買おうと私の後ろについていた。
私は商品を受け取り店を出ると、
行列が5人できていた。
こういうお店では他のお客のことも考え、
さっさと買い物して欲しいものだ。
チーズバーガーは、
白ゴマがのったバンズで思ったより大ぶり。
ビーフパティ、チーズ、トマト、レタス。
パティが大人の味で中々美味く、
結構な食べ応え、
これひとつでも十分。
パニーニはハムとチーズが挟まり、
さっきのバンズもそうだが、
パン生地がもっちりして中々美味しい。
人気が出るのも頷ける美味しいパン屋であった。
