5月で開店14年になる地元の方に愛されてきたブーランジェリー。ソフトからハードまで、種類豊富で取り揃えています。サンドイッチも300円台、100円台のパンもあっておしゃれな雰囲気ながら価格はお手頃。
●サワードゥブレッド 270円
クラスト薄めでパリパリ。噛むとやや酸味は感じまずがごくごく穏やか。クラムはムっチムチでみずみずしい。噛んでいると酸味と甘味が溢れ出てきます。
サワードゥというと全粒粉を使っていたり酸味が強いタイプもありますがこれはかなり食べやすい。そのままでも充分美味しいです。
店員さんの雰囲気も柔らかく、素敵なお店でした。
