登録してる電子決済サービスでキャンペーンをやっていたので、訪問出来ていなかった鰻店にランチへ。(^^)
国産活き鰻をお店でさばき調理されております。
関東では、裂き→串刺し→前焼き→蒸し→本焼き、の工程を経て完成します。
同店では、ランチ／ディナー用に枚数を決めて前焼き工程まで事前に調理され、注文から30分程度で完成します。

香りが豊かでふわふわ食感、そして表面は香ばしい。五感で楽しめる満足感がある「鰻重」ランチでした。
特松重と松重は鰻が1匹もので、肝吸い・小鉢・お新香付き。お値段も適正価格でした！
