Tabelog score at time of posting: 3.30 This time, we went to "Horebore", a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located right next to Tsutsujigaoka Station on the Keio Line. Apparently you can eat good meat at a reasonable price. The restaurant is about a 5-minute walk from Tsutsujigaoka Station, in a corner called Fujimi-gai. There is a parking lot nearby, so it may be easy to access. When we went inside, there were two table seats, and we were guided to the second floor, where we felt like we were back at home. There was a roaster installed on the tatami mats. There are also toys for children, which seems to be helpful for families. There is also a QR code on the table, which allows you to watch a video of the staff grilling the food and learn the best way to grill it. Let's start ordering now. Main orders and impressions ◇ Kimchi (Chinese cabbage) A refreshing kimchi with a sour taste. This is where we start, after all. ◇ Horebore Choreogi Salad The vegetables are surprisingly plentiful, and with this amount, half would be fine. The homemade dressing also had a refreshing impression. ◇Tomo Sankaku Yukhoe Limited quantity Low-temperature cooking, or rather, they use Tomo Sankaku. The lengthwise cut is meaty, and the strong seasoning of the sweet and spicy sauce and egg yolk is intertwined, making it a dish that will make you want to drink alcohol. ◇Horrifying Special Fillet Steak, Tomo Sankaku, Aburi Shinshin, Kainomi It comes in four types. The first thing that surprised me was that it was cut thickly. This is a red meat platter that is a specialty of this restaurant. This is eaten with sauce, rock salt, and grated ponzu sauce. Among these, the grated ponzu sauce is delicious and goes well with anything. ◇Kalbi Gukbap The staff jab me and tell me that it is spicy lol I asked for the default spiciness. Of course, you can make it extra spicy if you like it. I was prepared when I ate it, but the seasoning was just right. Above all, I couldn't stop eating. It has a lingering taste. I would like to come here just to eat this for lunch. It is also recommended by the restaurant, so please do try it. The final dish was also satisfying, so I was right to extend my visit.
