All-you-can-eat shabu shabu-shabu can make you eat a little too much!!!
We had a meeting and went to Shabuyo with four people. It's not crowded on weekday nights, so there's no need to make a reservation. It's not hectic, so it's good! We thought about it a lot, but we decided on Kirishima Kurobuta pork and Angus beef (all 9 types, all-you-can-eat, 2,599 yen) Drink bar (272 yen) Choose from basic white dashi + red chige miso dashi (Medicinal Food hot Hot pot dashi + 150 yen) Delicate sweetness of fat = Kirishima Kurobuta pork Deep umami of red meat = Angus beef We eat everything. We also choose our own nigiri Sushi. There is a serving robot that is a bit noisy, but I wonder if it's necessary these days to reduce labor costs. We prepare the dipping sauce and wait for the meat. The meat and Sushi are brought to us by a robot. The white dashi is a standard flavor, and Hot pot dashi was also very spicy, as requested. (Honestly, I think it could have been a little spicier, but considering it's a chain restaurant, this may be a good level of spiciness.) I ate it carelessly, so it felt like I was eating the Kirishima Kurobuta pork and Angus pork rather than tasting them. Serving the food must be a hassle, but it might be easier to understand if the type of meat was written on the plate. Nowadays, there are waffles, ice cream, fruit punch, and more, and I think there are more and more shabu shabu restaurants that children can enjoy, but I think this is a restaurant that leaves a high level of satisfaction, including the service!!! Thank you for the meal.
色々サービスがあって食べ放題で良いのだろうが、、、混みます
春休みに入ったようで、平日でもどこの飲食店も混んでいる。。
こちらも例外ではなく平日1時半過ぎで10組もの先客が〜
中には10人を超える高校生集団も待っているようだ。。。すかいらーく系のお店なんですね！
待ちながら店内を見る。
しゃぶしゃぶだけでなく、アイスやドリンクバー（お酒もある）ワッフルもセルフサービスだ。。
春休み期間中だからだろうか〜平日でも時間制限があるようだ
通常であれば制限ないということに驚く。。。今日は食べ放題にした場合80分の制限
今回はランチ2人だったので牛＋三元豚（ロース／バラ）食べ放題（1,599円）にドリンクバーをつける。。味は2種類（＋100円で2種類の味が楽しめるとこのと）
牛骨の塩出汁＋チゲ（辛味は後でも追加が可能ということでちょい辛スタート）
香味野菜／長ねぎ／にら／白菜／わけぎ。。。お肉と一緒に食べると美味しそうなものを盛り
肉を待つ、牛3／豚バラ2／豚ロース2が届く！
辛い出汁と塩出汁に半々に入れるが秒で完食ほど。。。早い
追加は何皿でもOKとのことなので牛5／豚バラ2／豚ロース2を注文！！
これもサクサクっとお鍋に入れ〜煮えたところで秒完食！！
面白くなってきた。。
牛4／豚バラ4／豚ロース4で追加注文。。。こちらもあっという間にお腹に収めながら
空皿の山がふえる〜！また同じ量、牛4／豚バラ4／豚ロース4
いい加減ペースが落ちてきました。
白米やちらし寿司もありますが、お米はもう入りません〜
最後の肉皿を片付けたところで〜残り10分ほどになります〜との声かけ
鍋はお腹いっぱい。。。そこで〜ソフトクリーム＋ホットコーヒーにて甘味を摂取
周囲はビスケットやらコーンフレークとかが氾濫してる。。
なんでも自分でできるのは〜確かにサービスと言えるだろうけれど、やはり使い方で荒れる、荒れてる。。お店側は想定内なのだろうが、あとで使う方をよく考えて使用してほしい。
お客さん1人1人の心がけなんでしょうかね。
お腹もいっぱいだし、さすがのチェーン店！！クーポンも豊富
そういうサービスも家族連れや大人数には人気なんでしょうね〜

It's a busy month in December, and I only had a light breakfast. Before I knew it, it was past 2pm and a holiday! I thought about what to have, but if I start eating now I won't be able to decide what to have for dinner, so I'll just eat a full meal... or maybe not eat at night! Or maybe just have something light? So I headed to Shabuyo! This restaurant is in the same place as Jonathan's, but it has a parking lot! I headed there right away, and as expected, there was no one in line just before 3pm, so I was able to enter smoothly. Hmm, what should I do? I prefer pork to beef... I'll go for the all-you-can-eat beef and pork course (1,799 yen). I immediately chose my broth! One was white broth, and the other was Hot pot (+165 yen) which was extra spicy... I added a drink bar and my order was complete. All that was left was to order beef, pork (belly and loin), and chicken, and go to get dipping sauce and vegetables. I wanted to make my favorite Hot pot, so it was completed with sesame sauce + garlic + chili oil + green onions + chopped pickled mustard greens. The other one was a simple dipping sauce made with ponzu sauce and grated momiji leaves. For the vegetables, I piled on a generous amount of green onions and aromatic vegetable mix, and then tofu! Then, I went back to my seat, put the vegetables on top, and the meat on top! When the color of the meat changed, I put the vegetables in between... and dipped them in the dipping sauce and eaten! Good!! Good!! After enjoying it for 80 minutes, and even getting Soft serve ice cream at the end, I can't deny that I felt like I had eaten too much, even for dinner. Thank you for the meal.
