祝日の月曜日16:00ごろ到着。並ばず入れました。
券売機にて、一番人気ということで、塩煮干し820円税込也を選択しましたが、もともとどちらかというと醤油ラーメンの方が好きなので、チケット手交時に心変わりし、醤油煮干しに変更をお願いしました。快く対応してくださいました。
３分ほどで着丼。
スープをひと啜り。煮干しの旨味がしっかりと感じられるのですが、とても上品に仕上がっていて大変美味しいです。中細のストレート麺は、表面が少しざらついていて、スープがよく馴染み、かつ小麦の香りと強く、食感もよく、こちらも大変美味しい。
具はメンマが、味わい、香りともとてもよく美味しかった。
一番人気の塩煮干しも気になりますし、券売機左上の中華そばも大変気になります。
再訪確実。
