平日、22時前の訪問で、呑んだシメに伺いました。
先客は1名！カウンターに座り醤油ラーメンをオーダー。
5分程で着丼です。
清湯スープにはチャーシュー3枚、もやし、海苔、メンマと盛り付けられています。
スープ
煮干しがふんわり香る優しい魚介系で、動物系のコクなどは全く感じないが、もの足りなさは感じられない！
少し酸味のある醤油の香りも良く塩分濃度も丁度良い。
バランスの取れた深みのあるスープに仕上がっています。
麺
中細の若干縮れ麺
もちっとした食感で喉越しも良く、丁度良い硬さの茹で加減！
スープとの相性も良い。
チャーシュー
ロース肉で脂身少なめ！程よい柔らかさで普通に美味しいチャーシューです。
シメには持ってこいの一杯でした。
ただ私は濃厚コッテリが好みの為、点数は若干低めです。
