There are two types, one for 980 yen and one for 680 yen. The 980 yen one seems to have a lot of toppings (see the menu photo above), but the 680 yen one had almost none. I think they probably stewed the leftover meat from the night before. There was a chunk of fat, so I left it. The roux was delicious. Water is self-service. There is ice in a separate pail, but it melted and disappeared. The music was so loud that no one came even when I asked for the bill, so I ended up yelling.
