祝日の10時過ぎに訪問です。
3番目の為椅子で座って待ちます。
前回の訪問は何年前だろう、かなり間隔が空いてしまった気がします。前回は醤油の特製にしてかなり満腹になってしまった記憶があり、本日は炊き込みご飯も食べたい為味玉醤油にしました。
味玉醤油とはいえ、チャーシューが2枚乗ります。
麺の量もそれなりにある為、結論満腹になりました。
着丼からまずはスープ。
鶏油と醤油スープの甘味がマッチしてうんまい、スープだけどんどん進みます。
麺は飯田商店のような細麺ストレートでしなやかな弾力のあるシルキーな麺です。この麺が本当に美味しい。
大判チャーシューも勿論うまし、一枚はスモーキーな香りが鼻から抜けて最高です。
味玉はかなり半熟でした、個人的にはもう少し固めがいいかも。
炊き込みご飯は小ぶりの茶碗で提供されます。
少なめに見えますが、チャーシューがゴロゴロ入っており満足度はすごいです。
ごちそうさまでした。
次回は煮干しにも挑戦したいですね。
