仙川で仕事がありましたので、しば田さんに訪問。近隣のコインパーキングに駐めて開店5分前に到着。20人くらい待ってました。店員さんの案内で事前に食券を購入した上で、11時半にカウンターに座り5分もしないうちに着丼。この辺りのオペレーションはなかなかでした。
今回は味玉中華そばをいただきました。スープを一口飲むと地鶏と醤油の旨味が複雑に絡み合います。少し酸味も利いています。隣の製麺質で作られた自家製麺は細麺でのどごしが良いです。チャーシューはスモーキーなもも肉と柔らかなロースの2枚で飽きずに食べられます。
噂に違わずレベルの高い一杯でした。ごちそうさまでした！
