京王線仙川駅から徒歩10分ぐらい。土曜日開店40分前に到着。一番乗りですが続々お客さんがやってきて開店時には30人ぐらいの行列となってます。さすが名店です。
本日は中華そば1100円に特製460円をトッピングで注文。
綺麗な醤油スープで切れがありまさに王道スタイルのスープで旨いです。めんはかなりの細麺ストレートでツルツルで喉越しがいいです。2種のチャーシューと大き目なワンタン2個と味玉がトッピングで食べ応えがあります。特にワンタンが旨いですね。味玉の黄身も半熟トロトロでいいですね。
最後まで大変美味しく頂きました。ごちそう様でした。
