I entered the store for the first time. Since it was fully booked, I was only able to get in for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, but I went in anyway. A part-time worker carefully recommended the menu. That was a very good explanation. As recommended, some appetizers... Each person can choose two cheeses for the appetizer, so the wine goes great! Choose camembert and gorgonzola. White Fish Today's thick-sliced carpaccio of sea bass was cut by hand with a knife, but since I can't cut it with a knife, I felt like I should have cut it from the beginning. It had a bit of a fishy smell and I wish it had been cut a little thinner. A little disappointing The roasted duck was cut quite thickly, and it was really good to be able to eat it with special vegetables such as purple carrots. It had a bit of a fishy smell so I left it behind. Bismarck's pizza was the most delicious. I might have been a little disappointed that it had bacon instead of Prosciutto. The bacon was thickly sliced, but I think it would have been better if it had been fried a little beforehand. I loved Bismarck's pizza... I thought the quality would be better if it was Prosciutto, but some people turned me away because it was fully booked, so I thought it was a very popular restaurant! Roast vegetables, white wine vinegar, and Saikyo miso. There was a wide variety of toppings to choose from, so the food was beautifully presented. It was a feast.
