肉を食べると魚が食べたくなる今日この頃。
以前から気になっていたお店です。
住宅街にポツンとある佇まい！ちょっと不安もありますが
引き戸をガラガラ！
先客は無し！優しそうな大将が出向いてくれます。
焼酎の緑茶割りをお願いし、お刺身を適当に切ってもらいます。お通しはイカの下足です。
刺身盛り合わせの内容は
イサキ、ホッキ貝、中トロ、イカ、赤貝の5種で
ボリューミーな盛り合わせです。
イサキは私はちょっと苦手なのですが、臭みなどは全くなく
弾力があり鮮度抜群です。
ホッキ貝は甘みがあり食感も良くてお酒が進みます。
他の刺身も美味しくいただきました。
締めの握りはコハダ、アジ、アナゴで
コハダは締め具合が絶品！アジも旨味がありアナゴはトロトロでした。
気付けば常連さんが集まってきて賑わっていました。
お会計も優しく、とにかくいいお寿司屋さんでした。
