調布在住として前々から気になっていた店。
そして、生まれて初めてのちゃんこ。
コロナ対策はバッチリ席の間隔、消毒をしっかりと取られていて、お店も清潔感で溢れてる。
お酒は豊富で有名どころ、知る人ぞ知る日本酒は常時２０種はある。
そして店長 皇風は幕下、十両を優勝している調布の星だった。惜しまれつつ怪我で引退したそうだけど、
ものすごく感じがよく、お相撲の色々の裏話も聞かせてくれます。
御通しから蟹
しかもなかなかの量。
びっくりしながら蟹を食べ終わった頃に鍋登場。
見たことないすり鉢の大きさに、野菜たんまり。
鶏肉もつくねも美味しい。
特にここの鳥つくねは、少し餃子の餡のような味で
何もつけないで食べるのもおすすめ。
お店の雰囲気も、デートや接待で使ってもいいくらい
きれいだと思います。
