今日のお昼の話。
今日は調布でポポラマーマ。
あちこちにあるチェーン店ですが……
入口の所にあった「25人に1人パスタ￥0」が気になって
思わず入ってしまいました。(笑)
私、烏山のポポラマーマには何度か行ったことがあるのですが、
調布の方がずいぶん広いですね。
注文したのはサーモンとブロッコリーのトマトクリーム。
ランチにはサイドメニューが付いてくるので、
そちらはミニサラダにしてみました。
あとはドリンクバー。
でも……あれ？
フォークやスプーンが来ない……
店員さんが少なくて、手が足りていないようです。
あちこちのテーブルは使い終わった食器が並んでいるし、
ドリンクバーのところにあるマリーシャープスは中身が空っぽ。
私だけでなく、他のお客さんもカトラリーが来ていなくて
みんなわざわざ「フォークください」「スプーンください」と
もらいに行っていました。（＠＠；）
で、バタバタしているうちに少し冷めてソースが固まってしまいましたが、
サーモンとブロッコリーのトマトクリームです。
生パスタを使っているのでゆで時間が短くて済むのも強みでしょう。
生パスタはモチモチというよりもツルツルな食感でした。
そうか、こういう系統の生パスタもあるのか、という感じです。
トマトクリームソースはさりげなくトマトがきいていて
クリーミーでやさしい味です。
こういうソース、結構好きなんですよね。
サーモンはそんなに自己主張していませんでしたよ。
ちなみにこのランチセットで1190円（税込）。
昔、ときどきポポラマーマを利用していたときは
「ポポラマーマって安いよね」という感覚だったのですが、
今のポポラマーマはわりとお高めの値段設定になっているんですね。
久しぶりのポポラマーマでしたが、時の流れを感じました。
